Happy Thanksgiving to all. I am THANKFUL that my home is fully paid for. I like to use the term "Every nail in it belongs to me and spouse".
My house has no:
4th and 5th bedroom--
granite countertops---
bonus rooms-----
sodded lawns----
peaked roofline---
only one room has crown mouldings (dining room)---
no 20 ft ceilings----
no double heat or air systems----
no double 100gal waterheaters----
no stainless steel appliances----
no caverneous walk-in closets-------
no cherry or mahogany cabinets(does have new oak ones from a remodel paid for in cash)-------
no round white columns on porch----
no black sinks and toilets---
BUT EVERY nail in it belongs to me and spouse!
